I hold a Phd in ‘History / civilizations’ from the "Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne " in France . Thesis title : L’emprise d’une logique raciale sur la société rwandaise, 1894-1994. I have also participated in “Training the Trainers course” in Radio Netherlands Training Centre, at Hilversum (February –June 1999), and in “Training on genocide documentation" in the ”Genocide Studies Program” at Cambodian genocide Program, Yale center for International and Area Studies, Yale University, USA (Oct.-dec.2000). I have been teaching in University of Rwanda since 1995 . I have been also a Radio Rwanda producer of History of Rwanda, a weekly program (1994-2005).
